Your ability to recognize details that require attention is key in coordinating all of the necessary documentation, tracking completed tasks, and following up on any remaining communication and required documents. From the listing contract to signing at the closing table, the attention to detail falls upon the title company to dot every “i” and cross every “t” during the process. Nobody likes surprises at the closing table.

EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Understanding how important each transaction is to your customer is essential. Be willing to provide extraordinary levels of customer service, including anticipating questions, and providing status updates. Escrow and Title can be complex, and you must be comfortable with taking the time to educate customers and clients on the details of the escrow and title process.
